Overall, Kinect Housing is a solid option depending on your priorities. Here's an honest breakdown of what to expect.
The location is hard to beat. You're within easy reach of the mall, major freeways, Target, Home Depot, and a grocery store. A Light Rail station is just a 4-5 minute walk away, and there's a Goodwill right down the street — a nice bonus if you're trying to furnish without spending a fortune.
Amenities are decent. There's an included 24/7 gym, a clubhouse with WiFi (ask staff... for the password), and the units have updated locks with both a key fob and keypad entry. Just make sure staff actually programs your code before you move in — they forgot to set mine up initially.
Staff has been responsive when issues come up, which goes a long way. A few things to be aware of before signing. There's no AC in the units — you'll have a heater and ceiling fans, so keep that in mind depending on the season. There's also no dedicated guest parking; your visitors will need to try their luck at the light-rail parking structure or near the building, though some of those are reserved for an adjacent hotel.
Before signing, make sure to tour the unit in person and do a thorough walkthrough. I signed for a one-bedroom only to find out after the fact that the bedroom had no door or closeable barrier — not something you'd catch without seeing it firsthand.
Finally, the mail room has package lockers, but smaller deliveries tend to get left out in the open, so keep an eye on your Amazon orders.

Not Luxury
The management and staff do not respond to phone calls and emails. The walls, flooring, and ceiling are thin and you can hear people from other apartments talk, their phone alarms, when they relieve themselves, when they flush the toilet, etc. There is no Air Conditioning (AC) and no pool. You will need to keep your windows closed if you have an atrium/view unit because you can hear conversations, dogs barking, etc. The apartment entrance doors have gaps on the sides and you can see light... coming in from the hallway and can see people walk in the halls. The appliances are the lowest/cheapest name-brand kind. Thus, the washer machine destroys clothes and towels (tearing/shredding). The dishwasher is rough and chips dishes and glasses. The two (2) kitchen lights are specialty and have been out for the past seven (7) months and no replacement. The parking costs around $150.00 a month and the complex is not in Seattle metropolitan city limits. The parking garage is not secure and you will have to pay a monthly security fee. There is no guest parking (Except after hours). Also, it took likely a half a year to fix the multiple parking garage gates and one (1) is still broken. This complex does not reimburse or provide discounts for non-working features/amenities. As a suggestion, look past the staff being charismatic as you likely may not be happy if you sign a lease/contract. If management/staff 'do' respond, they will likely not like the truth and indisputable documentation/evidence.

Not Worth the Money
Had to move out unexpectedly due to a domestic issue with my ex. Ended up paying out to break the lease all on my own. They "lost"my final bill money order. So, I sent them a new one and made them sign for it. Low and behold, the first one gets cashed a few days later. They still haven't given me a refund and it's been 4 months since I payed my final bill.

New Building, Poorly Run
It's a new building, but not a great place to live. Pictures and the tour will look nice, but issues come up when you actually move in.
Neighbors here are constantly smoking, and management won't/can't do anything about it. Makes it hard to get fresh air during the hot summer. Packages get stolen, and the elevators and the garage door are always braking down. Parking is an issue even if you pay for it as people will take your spot and you can't call to get it towed yourself. Folks will hold... loud get togethers in the courtyard and trash the place, and management will limit amenities in response.
If that wasn't worse enough, water got shut off with no warning a few times, and we've had to evacuate three times in the last 6 months because people keep tripping the fire alarms. One time, an entire floor got flooded and it took them 4 months to replace the carpet. If you try to bring things up with management it's a 50/50 chance you get talked down to like a child. It's the kind of interaction that make you hate the fact that you signed a lease.
The apartment itself is decent. Things are new and clean, conveniently located, fast internet, nice maintenance staff, and great gym. But the place is mismanaged and full of inconsiderate people. Really depends on personal tolerance, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

No Guest Parking
This apartment has only 6 spots for guest parking and it is only available from 5pm to 8am next day after management team leave. It is an absolutely anti-visitor community.
