This is a "No Smoking" building. Renters' insurance is required (minimum liability coverage of $500,000 -- which is normally less than $18 per month). Minimum 12-month lease to start. The unit is all electric. Tenants pay all utilities -- electricity is metered and billed directly to you, and water, sewer, and garbage are billed back.

Pet policy -- Two pet limit- (cats only, no dogs or exotic animals).
