This roomy unit starts on the 2nd floor level of the building (above the commercial businesses on the ground floor level). The apartment is three stories tall (with a roomy bedroom and full bath on both the second and third floors), and features partial views of the Olympic Mountains to the West. The main floor features a well-designed open kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave), a convenient breakfast bar, and a nice-sized dining/living room with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. Just off the living room on the west side of the building is an adjoining deck. The second-floor bedroom also has an adjoining West-facing deck. The "primary" bedroom is on the top floor. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The in-unit washer/dryer is an advantage over many other apartments on the market. We have affordable Parking! It is a tandem parking space (for 2 cars) in the controlled access parking garage for only $150 per month. Additionally, there is plenty of free, on-street parking surrounding the building. This property does not have an elevator.

This is a No Smoking building. Renters' insurance is required (minimum liability coverage of $500,000 -- normally less than $20 per month). Minimum 12-month lease to start.
