I will miss Ryan, Jeff and Ni! I stayed at 2900 on First for 3 years and my experience there was nothing short of amazing. Any time I had an issue it was addressed. They were kind, friendly and always willing to help. Whenever I had an issue with my apartment, Ni who is over maintenance would always go above and beyond. The only reason I left is because I needed more space and it was just time for new beginnings. If you are considering moving here definitely check them out. The location is also... great.

11/10 The staff here are phenomenal, always going a step above and beyond to ensure the tenants and facilities are well taken care of.
They've consistently addressed feedback promptly and professionally and are honestly a cut above the rest, proactively knocking out any and all issues. They made staying here a pleasure.

A Peaceful Haven with Exceptional Management at 2900 on 1st Ave I've been living at 2900 on 1st Ave since September last year, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The apartment complex is peaceful and quiet, which has made settling in such a pleasant experience. One of the standout features is how considerate the neighbors are.....they respect each other's space, making it a calm place to come home to after a busy day.
Another huge plus is the management. They truly go above and beyond to... help with anything you need. Whether it's a maintenance issue or a simple question, they are always prompt and ready to assist. It’s rare to find such attentive service, and it really makes a difference in how comfortable I feel living here.
The location is also great, with easy access to nearby amenities and public transport, making commuting and errands a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to call home.
