Yes it’s a lovely brand new building but management is hard to get a hold of and if you live in the South building, you have to walk over to the North building to get any packages that are delivered due to the fact the South building has no office staff present. Poor communication from management all around. The neighborhood is derelict but the price is decent. Parking is a nightmare also.

They don't have experience
I apply for 3 beadroom i call for the office for applcation they sayed yes come in fill the applcation in offic me and my wife get off from job and long drive . when I went there manager said we don't gave applcation now we left the office and after 5 minute i went back to ask a question the other person said we gave applcation . Coupl days leater one of them call we need your w2 for 2022 when I brought the other person said we dont need it .In short, they waste people's time no experience and... no communication becuse one person say one thing and other different.

I am so excited about moving into Hilltop Housing Apartments. Brand new everything!!! I’ll be the first person to live in my one bedroom. The application fee is very affordable and the rent cost is income based. Very affordable. The Staff are incredible!!! They walked me through the whole process and I had an decision almost immediately!! I highly recommend Hilltop Housing!!!
