Lease Terms: 1st Month's rent of $1495 + Last Month's rent of $1495 and $1125 for refundable Security-Damage Deposit. Lease Duration: 12 months. No smokers, Due to allergies of some tenants, pets, animals. No double occupancy, Due to City Code. Renters insurance is required. Minimum credit score: 735. Verified income ratio: 3x rental amount, Debt to income ratio not to exceed 35%. 2 years of continuous employment history.Income ratio 3x rent.

- Credit Score: 735+
- No Bankruptcies, or Collections in the last 5 years (as per Covid Guidelines)

- Must view interior/exterior of unit before submitting an application -
- We do not rent or hold rooms that have not been personally viewed in/out by applicant
- Utilities are an extra $125 per month - Water/Sewer/Garbage + Electric + Gas Heat + High Speed Internet
- Must have Lawful Verifiable Income, that can come from sources, other than Employment
- Alliance2020 Application fee is $50 per adult: We do Credit/Background check, Employment and Income
