A wonderful move-in experience! Every staff member was incredibly warm and helpful. Maintenance responded very quickly as well. I happened to arrive just in time for the apartment’s Mother’s Day illustration event. I’m very satisfied with the unit and really looking forward to my time living here.

Amazing Stay for an year

Have lived here for an year now. The only reason I had to move out is, I have to commute to Seattle for work everyday, so decided to stay closer to the office. The apartment has good noise isolation, which made it easier to sleep. Maintennace is team is top notch, fixed any sort of issues I had within a day at most or in couple of hours. Did not really had any major issues throughout the stay. Can't thank Greg enough for being a great help from the day he has shown the apartments to the last day... . Reyna has been an Amazing manger! Greg and Reyna makes this place a peaceful one to live. Lake Sammamish trial is near by which offers lots of peace and great views too. The best Apartments I have ever lived in in the last 4 years. Thanks a lot team for making the stay wonderful.

This is one of the best communities in Seattle area. The views are best, security is top notch and most importantly, friendly staff. The only reason for 4 and not 5-star rating is because of the lack of central air-conditioning especially for top floors. Top floors get either too cold in winter or too hot in summer. If this is addressed, then there is no place like it to call home.
