The location is one of its biggest strengths — being so close to Microsoft makes my daily routine incredibly convenient, and having so many restaurants within walking distance is a huge plus. Whether I want a quick bite or a nice dinner, everything is just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-situated community that makes everyday living easier and more enjoyable.

Parkside maintenance is excellent, they were very quick in addressing the issues and also make sure the work order closed as soon as possible without hassle.

When you choose to live in a large community, you expect proper communication and reliable service — but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. From being given the wrong mailbox key to waiting two weeks for maintenance to complete a work order, my time with Parkside so far has been quite stressful.

It’s disappointing to pay a significant amount of money for housing and not receive the level of service you expect, especially after signing a 12-month lease. Experiencing these issues in... just the first month makes me worried about what the rest of the year will be like.
