Poor staff, do not rent here

Staff will keep your holding deposit if you can't move in, no matter your circumstance and make themselves unreachable after they do so.

Poor

This apartment complex is ridiculous to deal with; staff is rude, non responsive, and unavailable. They had no problem taking my deposit on an apartment but it's been a run around ever since. At this point, we not only have gotten no where on renting a place here but also can't get our money back. Everyone beware - you'll get ignored, lied to, disrespected and taken advantage of. Not a good place to consider if you are looking for a place to live in Redmond.
