I have lived here for a while now and I've experienced: No internet, they haven't put in a fiber cable to my apartment and I can't do anything about it
Multiple packages being stolen, it's so bad I'm considering taking legal action in whatever form needed. They have signs up to claim they aren't responsible for our packages WHICH OF COURSE JUST ENCOURAGES THE STEALING MORE.
Management takes approximately 17 business years to respond to ANYTHING and the only way you can get them to do anything... is harass them.
Some of the residents make me feel unsafe and the fact that they keep stealing my things really shows that I need to move.
