I’ve been dealing with ongoing smoke intrusion in my unit, along with repeated banging/disturbance coming through the walls, for nearly two years. The way management has handled these issues has been extremely disappointing.
Despite repeated reports, detailed documentation, and multiple written requests asking for a clear plan to identify and resolve the problems, management has consistently failed to respond in a meaningful way. In several cases, my messages were not responded to at all. Even... basic follow-up questions—like what steps are being taken—have gone unanswered.
What’s most frustrating is not just the issues themselves, but the lack of accountability and communication. I’ve made good-faith efforts to work through the proper channels, but instead of action, I’ve been met with silence or vague statements that no issue has been observed—without any explanation of how that conclusion was reached.
There have also been maintenance requests submitted during this same period that were not addressed, which adds to the broader concern about responsiveness.
I previously posted a negative review regarding management that received significant engagement, but I chose to remove it in order to give the current manager a fair opportunity to address these concerns. After nearly a year of attempting to work through these issues, my experience has unfortunately reinforced my original concerns.
Living with persistent smoke intrusion and ongoing disturbances through the walls has significantly affected my quality of life, and the lack of engagement from management has made it worse.
If you’re considering living here, be aware that unresolved issues and lack of communication from management may be something you may have to deal with.
