Please don’t waste your time or money. The only thing that the owners or apartment managers care about is money. They will not fix things in a timely manner. They do not care about safety or the wellbeing of tenants. The property is run down. The apartments closer to the river are sinking. There are exposed wiring in some of the units from old security systems. They will make constant promises about updates that are coming and will never happen or will be less than promised. Parking is atrocious... . Don’t expect to be able to have people over, they will have to park by the entrances on the street.

Avignon is an extremely nice and quirky community. Tenants will surely welcome the valet trash and recycling service. The interesting and varied townhome layout designs are great and the homes look lived in. Our apartment looked new on our arrival here and a lot of care had clearly been expended on making everything look new and clean after the previous tenants. Lots of trees here which is nice and looking forward to the spring array and fall colors. Hoping for a good showing of both. We feel... settled here.
