Just raised my rent by 25%! RENTER BE AWARE! Ridiculous bait and switch from these pictures. We moved from the East coast. They showed our friend one of the redone units with new stainless steel appliances and cabinets. When we arrived our unit had old crummy appliances and cabinets from the 80's with tons of water damage. As two guys fresh out of college we did not mind the outdated apartment mainly because we had already signed leases and needed a place to stay. Did I mention they have a mold... problem? They sent out emails asking renters to keep bathroom fans on and windows open to help fight the mold problem! Yuck! When we went to renew the rental rate sky rocketed up 25%. Overall dissatisfied.
