I have been here for years and have seen this property transform for the better. Yes, there is work that needs done. But now that spring is almost here, I am looking forward to more improvements. The new manger lady is friendly and helpful. Work orders are getting done promptly. It seems that there is completely new management and maintenance people in place since the end of 2022. I lived there until several months ago. There are drug dealers living there, prostitution, and just generally the scum of the earth. Left after a shooting in the apartmenet next to me. Can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. This place is crime central.

Good place, when something needs fixing on site guy takes care of it fast. No issues. Wouldn’t hate seeing the rent lowered a bit but money is being put into the property so can’t complain. Would also like to see picnic/barbecue common area put in

These apartments have come a very long way over last year. New ownership has put lots of money into renovating units and improving property for everyone! Very good place to live and very safe, especially now with their new 24 hr surveillance system! One fault, their wifi does not reach the end units very well, I believe they are working to fix it soon though!
