Don’t life at Smyth. The community is kept well clean and quiet, but management doesn’t show sympathy with it comes to vehicles being broken into and someone trying to get into your apartment multiple times. Even with cameras in our apartment, I felt like I wasn’t able to keep my family safe and had to pay the massive early termination lease fee in order to move out.

If you’re looking for a place to live, this is it!
I absolutely love our new place. It is beautiful here and so far everyone is very friendly. The grounds are kept up so well. If you need anything, or find an issue, Adriana in the office is amazing, and Freddie the maintenance guy is top notch, and on it! There is a pool, a jacuzzi, a weight room, a playground, dog park, and a pet washing station in a room by itself! Amazing. Love, Love, Love it here.
