Unfortunately, my experience living here for just over one month has not been a positive one. I am disappointed to say this, as I had high hopes when moving in.
I am struggling to understand why management would place my unit directly below another unit that appears to have an ongoing history of excessive noise and reported threats toward other neighbors. Since moving in, I have experienced repeated disturbances that have significantly impacted my sense of safety and ability to feel... comfortable in my home.
In addition to the ongoing noise issues, our Christmas presents were stolen from our doorstep. This incident was especially upsetting and further contributed to feeling unsafe within the community.
Due to these ongoing issues and serious concerns for my family’s safety, I have temporarily moved out of the unit until appropriate action is taken to resolve these matters.
I strongly believe management should exercise greater caution when placing single women and families into units that may pose safety concerns. Additionally, when there is a resident with a documented or ongoing history of problematic behavior, action should be taken immediately. Prolonged delays in addressing such issues only increase risk and undermine residents’ trust and sense of security.
Resident placement and proactive management play a significant role in creating a safe and respectful living environment. At this time, I do not feel those standards have been met. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that meaningful steps are taken to address these concerns for current and future residents.

The community is well-connected and knowledgeable, with residents who actively contribute to the collective well-being. Management is highly responsive and consistently implements meaningful improvements. The quality of the accommodations stands out, particularly when compared to other residences I have experienced.

Traverse north bend is an extremely well maintained area. the management and maintenance team are always ahead of schedule to keep our community looking wonderful and to keep are homes and amenities running smoothly.

I do not recommend living here. There is almost constant noise from dogs barking unchecked by owners at all hours, both outside walking the property (during summer) as well as noise from dogs barking within units, from open windows, and unattended from patios. Management refers to police and animal control while local police claims that they cannot enforce any city ordinances on Traverse property due to lease agreement. The units have ineffective sound proofing and the heating is woefully... inadequate in the winter.

To be honest and coming from livng in larger cities most of my life, Traverse North Bend is literally a breath of fresh! Walking out of my place to an unobstructed view of Mt. Si everyday is like greeting an old friend. Traverse North Bend is in the perfect location, where I feel like I'm away from the rat-race, but close enough to not feel like I'm going out-of my way to head into town. Also, there are 4 real seasons here, so between skiing, river rafting, hiking and biking trails, breweries... , the Art Walk and the Jazz Festival, there is so much for me to experience! Plus, Snoqualmie, Issaquah and Bellevue are all within a 30min drive, so I still have access to practically anything I would ever need.
