I have been a resident of Lakeview at Newcastle for what I consider an extraordinary amount of time for an apartment. Over eight years to be exact. The community.
Has gone through a lot of changes in that time. It is only getting better and better, thanks to the onsite management team. I feel that all of my questions are answered, and taken seriously the moment they are asked. They've made it seem more of a community and not just a place to drop my purse and go to sleep at night. They've made... the community seem safer with the addition of cameras, there've been so many improvements to the actual community itself.It's so nice to see. What I enjoy most about living at Lakeview at Newcastle is the strong sense of community and the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone is friendly and attentive, and any concerns are addressed promptly. The office is wonderful, professional, warm, and genuinely committed to making sure residents feel at home. Their care and responsiveness make a big difference in the overall experience.

As a current resident of Lakeview at Newcastle, I’ve found the management to be responsive and professional, always addressing concerns in a timely manner. Parking is generally convenient, with plenty of spaces available most of the time. The community is kept very clean, with well-maintained common areas and prompt trash removal. Safety feels prioritized, with the addition of security cameras and well-lit pathways, though there is no gated access. Overall, it’s a clean, safe, and comfortable... place to live, and I’m happy to call it home.

Its been a month and I am very satisfied with the choice to move into lakeview. Improvements could be made in the pre move in cleaning but overally it feels like a great place to stay.
