I have been here for over five years and while I don't have many maintenance request the few that I have had were quickly responded to and the work was always excellent. Also the grounds are beautifully maintained, I have lived in several apartments over the years and On the Greens are definitely have the best maintained landscaping. Probably the only negative is that parking can be a pain at times but that is typical in pretty much every place I have been in the past. Great neighborhood, great... for walking, and I would recommend On the Greens to anyone looking to live in the Mukilteo area.
