It is simply not worth the risk to move in here if you are moving in around Oct. 2025-Oct. 2026. My personal experience with Augusta Apartments is overall negative. I do not feel safe here; whether it is my physical safety and/or mental/psychological peace of mind that is compromised. Initially I had a high hopes for the property itself before move in, but time has revealed it is more of the same. If it were entirely up to me, I would keep to myself and uniquely not cause a disturbance nor be noticed by others on site. There's nothing more to say since nothing will change. I appreciate the... forum to express my concerns; however, the more I do the more I feel it is futile and pointless.

Security conditions need to be improved urgently. Maintenance folks are good. For this rent amount, the security should be better. Hot water for shower is not stable. The cleaner that is used for public areas has a super strong odor which is not good for health.
