Current resident and have lived here for 5+ years. It’s interesting that my last review got taken down. Management retaliates. Management has changed five times in the last couple years. The latest management company can’t bill right. Zero communication to residents about anything in the complex or changes that become “effective immediately”.The new ownership in the last six months are nickel and diming residents. The gate has worked three months in the last two years, but they won’t tell you... that. It still isn’t fixed. The garbage overflows starting Saturday and isn’t cleaned up until late morning on Mondays. Drive by and see for yourself on a Sunday. Lived here over 10 years… previous owvers kept place like home. Now office never open, repairs take months, if done at all. The maintenance man argues with all tenants & rides his golf cart around the property like a lunatic. Cars are constantly being broken into & staff refuse to turn over video surveillance to the police. Rent continue to go up, broken front gate. All tenants are unhappy here. Dangerous & sad place to live!!!

This USED to be a great place to live yntil ownership decided to drop the management company. Now nothing gets fixed, the garbage area seems to always be a mess now, and the utilities pay program was convenient until they changed the process /system. Now it's hard to know what you are paying for.

These apartments are so homely I’ve lived here for a few years and have never had an issue maintenance always is here when I request them and the office staff are always helpful.
