I appreciate the convenience of where the property is located on Mercer Island and the commute to either Seattle or Bellevue is quick. The staff at Greystar is very professional and fast to fix problems around the community.

I love the area and neighbourhood but this is by far the worst management I have ever dealt with. They do not respond to requests, I feel very gaslit when I inquire about issues and am ignored repeatedly. No one knows the policies and there is constant miscommunication. Repairs take forever to be completed, IF they do get completed. The emergency maintenance man isn’t even on site he lives in sea-tac and is very lazy, never comes and fixes issues.

I love our apartment and the community feel here. The apartments are older so there is the 'landlord special' on a lot of the walls, doors, trim. But the apartments are full of character. Only thing that really bothers us is the smell in the hallways, it often smells bad unfortunately.
