We love our home for its spacious three levels, 4 bedrooms + 2 bonus/guest rooms/ studies, and lots of room to spread out. There is a lot of light, and the front windows look out on a vibrant flower garden. The backyard is flat...
and perfect for dogs and kids to run around. There's a 200 sft workshed in the backyard that we've used for a home office and workshop. What we love about this home: our kids have ridden their bikes to Lakeridge and Islander Middle School, just 2 miles away. Situated on a quiet street, it's steps to Pioneer Park, where we've walked dogs, ridden bikes, explored, and walked to the QFC (or margaritas).

The rental price assumes unfurnished 12-month lease, but we are open to offering a furnished rate as well as a six month lease rate. Due at signing: first & last month, deposit, move-out cleaning fee
