Apartment complex is not safe at all with lots of car break in and police keep showing up at night. Humidity is so bad in this complex and don’t expect to have a good cell phone service or internet for all carrier.

One of the only complexes to reach out to me about a tour when I've tried to schedule one with over 20 complexes. The office is very organized and great at communication. Even though we aren't able to lease due to availability, we will be keeping an eye out for an opening as when we drove through the complex, it looked very clean and well taken care of.

Orchard Ridge is our third apartment and the one at which we feel most content. The structure of the apartment buildings gives you a sense of community versus hotel living. The upgrades in the apartments are phenomenal and they have more character than the simple box structure apartments you see these days. We moved here in March right in the middle of the management transition. James and Ric are now the front office and maintenance managers for Orchard Ridge. James, our front office manager is... unique in that no matter whether we are calling with questions or requests, he acknowledges both with efficiency and courtesy, so rare these days. Ric, the maintenance manager, is an absolute magician when it comes to maintenance requests. Ric's follow-ups to maintenance requests are always within 24 hrs and he will even assist during his days off if it is a pressing problem. James and Ric have shown us that they really care and are committed to making Orchard Ridge Living an outstanding experience. The location of Orchard Ridge allows for a peaceful setting. And most importantly to many people seeking a new place to live, is parking. We had no idea how bad the parking situation was in Lynnwood. But, of course......Orchard Ridge, once again, went above and beyond our expectations. They have parking for everyone including out of town guests. You can pay for covered parking or use the vast amount of free parking around the complex. Yes, this is why we give it 5 stars. For all the things that could go wrong with an apartment complex, know that here at Orchard Ridge they will be quickly remedied.
