Don't do the laundry on the weekends

Because the laundry room is locked with a key pad...I guess our clothes aren't as important as Managements!!!

New management is terrible.

I've lived here since before williams investments decided to sell the property. While I'm glad Williams Investments doesn't own the property anymore, I have a serious issue with one of the women who are on-site managers.


Our water was shut off with no notice and one of them (susan) had the nerve to say "it is what it is"... Can we say "unprofessional" in unison? It took everything for me not to chew her out. It is NOT "it is what it is". There are people here who have families, who are...
extremely reliant on water, and that's all she had to say? This is the second issue I've had with her and why she works here is beyond me.


All in all, I'm glad they're renovating the apartment complex... But Susan needs to renovate her approach on addressing people. She has already caught my attitude once, it would be unfortunate if she caught it again.

RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!

MANAGER IS MEAN!!!!!!!! SHE REALLY NEEDS TO GO. NO WATER,,, TOWING RESIDENTS CARS WITH OUT NOTICE. IM TALKING WITH IN A COUPLE OF HOURS,,, NO NOTIFICATION. THIS PLACE CARES ABSOLUTELY ZERO ABOUT ITS RESIDENTS. MANAGEMENT TREATS PEOPLE SUB STANDARD, WONT ADDRESS RESIDENTS CONCERNS. WORST EVER!!!!!!

No Water

The new management is very bad at giving notice of water shut off... There are families with and without children and the management just hangs a notice saying the water will be shut off...no eta of when it will be back on.
