The location is super convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and easy freeway access. The community is relatively quiet, and the grounds are kept clean and well-maintained.
My unit was freshly renovated when I moved in, with updated appliances and modern finishes that gave it a nice, clean feel. Maintenance has been responsive if I have to submit a request, and the leasing staff has always been friendly and helpful.
Parking is generally easy to find, and I feel safe walking around... the property, even at night. If you're looking for an affordable and well-located apartment in Federal Way, I’d definitely recommend checking out La Madera.
