It was an easy process to apply and get into a home! Staff was super helpful and the place is amazing! The amenities are a great bonus and they’re always clean. Overall, this has got to be one of the best apartments someone could call home.

Fantastic building with great amenities. A little pricey but well worth it in my opinion. The parking spots are reasonable and there is always room for guests.

Great place to live. Lots of amenities. Friendly staff. Very dog friendly.
The stuff that bugs me is mostly other tenants. Parking HUGE trucks in compact spaces. Not even compact spaces sometimes. It’s hard to park next to a giant truck next to my spot.
Parking so far into spots that bumper or hitch hangs over the sidewalk.
Not picking up dog poop.
I also hate that I can’t call the office and speak to a person.

We haven’t moved in yet, but the leasing office experience we had for the tour, information, and just general sense of the area was spectacular! Kandi was amazing and definitely played a part in selling the property to us to decide we didn’t need to see anywhere else and go for it! Can’t wait for August when we can move in!
