Jenny is a very efficient and responsible property manager. The location is great and neighbors are nice. The indoor conditions also remain in a good quality.

Just finished the move out process and it was great. They were easy, clear, and very fair with the deposit process. No issues while living there, maintenance was there within 24 hours for any minor request I had. Online portal for rent payment and maintenance requests and nice community of people living there. Great location too being close to the highway but also near stores/water. Would’ve stayed longer if I could!

I’ve been living at Westview for over three years, and it has been a wonderful place to live. It’s clean, quiet, safe, and peaceful. Neighbors are polite and respectful of one another. Our property manager, Jenny, is the BEST. She is so kind, helpful, and responsive. If there is any problem or anything in need of repair, she will respond ever so promptly to offer her assistance and to find a resolution. I’m very grateful for my time here at Westview and for all of Jenny’s kindness and care.

Been living here over a year and a half with no big issues. Any problems have been quickly dealt with by the on-site maintenance guy. Plenty of parking for guests. Always have had great dealings with Jenny the property manager.
My unit is a bit dark, but I’m very okay with the trade off for the privacy that the trees behind the complex provide. Plenty cozy and great for pets. Don’t really ever head the neighbors unless someone’s dog is howling. Feel safe living here as a single female.
