I've been living here in a 2 bed 1.5 ba for over a year and a half. It's a quaint, quiet community. Any problems that I have had and alerted the landlord to have been handled extremely quickly. Maintenance is excellent and the company Property Manager is skilled, helpful, and kind. I love the location. Timber Ridge Apartments is an easy place to call home. Between the amazing property manager, Jenny, the wonderful handyman, Sulejman, and the awesome neighbors.. it’s an easy place to curl up and feel cozy. The location was a huge bonus - morning walks to Starbucks or easy grocery runs to Met Market. Close to the beach and all around great neighborhoods for walking the dogs or running if that’s your thing. I lived here for 3 years and loved it. Jenny, the property manager, is a gem of a human. Very helpful and responsive. The location is great too. Never had any issues! You won't regret living here.
