When we moved in, this was the cheapest department we could find with a matching square footage. But there is not 24 access to all amenities nor is there even eight hours five days a week amenities access. And don’t ever have a maintenance issue because it’ll never get taken care of properly.

Home sweet home
I've lived at Stratford arms over 6 years. The ground are always clean. The apartment are huge , lots of room. I like the area close to bus line. If you just want to walk. Close to any store you could need. These apartments are kid friendly. Right by shchools your kids need. Thing I like security on site if you need. Parking sport a signed to you. Stratford arm apartment a good place to live. Long time resident Angelina h

Huge Apartment!
First of all I moved from a 1300 sq ft apartment into a 3000 sq ft home. After 3 years of extremely high rent I obviously needed to downsize but couldn't go back down to an average sized apartment. I knew that Stratford Arms existed but had no idea that they had an 1800 sq foot apartment with a loft, a den, and 2 bonus rooms. I called them and basically sight unseen asked to be put on the waiting list. About 8 months later, I moved in when one became available. This apartment was renovated and... suited my needs. I love it. There are a few things that I wish were different, but it's mainly the sq footage that I cared about. The bedrooms are huge, and there is a wood burning fireplace, white 6 panel doors throughout, brushed nickel hardware throughout, beautiful mirrors in the bathrooms, spiral staircase up to the loft and 2 bonus rooms. There is also one assigned parking spot per apartment. The community is very quiet and looks like a little Bavarian town - I love it. Kristi, the manager - is amazing and very sweet. She went above and beyond for my family and I. I do plan on living here until I buy my own home, and recommend living here. I have nothing but good things to say about Stratford Arms!! They normally have a waiting list, but it's worth the wait!!
