Application Criteria (basic highlights): *$55 screening fee per adult in the home, all done electronically w/fraud protection; *Gross income/2.75x monthly rent, min of 2.25x; a credit score of 675+ (credit profiles are manually reviewed); *Rental history of 24m+ and a minimum of 12 months; *No open bankruptcies and a closed one must be 3+ years ago + positive recent credit; *No past landlord-tenant disputes with evictions/judgment in favor of the landlord in the last 5 years. *Criminal histories are manually evaluated.
