I would not move into these apartments. I was told that an average utility bill for 2 people would range from $80-$150. My utilities average $250 and my energy averages $275. My apartment stays at 65 degrees, even during the winter time because I run hot. I rarely cook at home and turn off all my lights when I leave. On top of my bills being so expensive, I’m unable to plug in any of my appliances into the 4 outlets next to the fridge because those outlets are connected to the fridge. So, if I... plug in any appliance, my fridge shuts off and I have to reset the breaker. When maintenance came to change out the fuse, he told me and my fiancée that the only appliance that would work in those 4 outlets was a blender. Ridiculous.
Parking is a HUGE issue in these apartments. The management makes you pay for a parking sticker but yet, so many cars that I see everyday do not have a sticker and management does not keep track of that. They should make cars without a sticker park in the overflow or have them towed because residents with stickers have no parking when they come home after 6pm.
Another issue that I was told isn’t maintenance’s problem is the gate intercom system. I’ve lived here since October and the system still hasn’t been fixed. If you order DoorDash, GrubHub, Instacart, UberEats, etc. after 5p, you’ll most likely have to walk outside and retrieve it from the gate, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering from these places because you’re still going to have to leave your house.

Safe living, pricing is on the medium/high scale for a one bedroom apartment, good gym, working elevators, secured delivery lock boxes, great maintenance and great leasing agents.
