Smelly

Recently toured and hallways smelled overwhelmingly like garbage and curry. So if you smell deodorizer you'll know what they're covering up rather than cleaning up. Don't forget to smell the inside of the washers, ewwww!

Hi, all is going well! I can't believe that it's been 10 yrs since I moved to Kenmore & Spencer68. Nothing new to update, but the leasing office & maintenance are helpful & nice.
I had my fire alarm go off recently due to weak battery. I'm so glad that an on call maintenance staff member was available & came quickly that night to replace it. That's such a loud sound, so I was happy to get back to peace & quiet!
Also, with the nice weather back ,I look forward to the Farmer's Market & enjoying...
the near by parks & nearby lakes.

This is a small community that is comfortable & with easy access to housing & outdoor trails, parks ect. There is a Farmer's Market in the summer that's well supplied.
