Hi, all is going well! I can't believe that it's been 10 yrs since I moved to Kenmore & Spencer68. Nothing new to update, but the leasing office & maintenance are helpful & nice.
I had my fire alarm go off recently due to weak battery. I'm so glad that an on call maintenance staff member was available & came quickly that night to replace it. That's such a loud sound, so I was happy to get back to peace & quiet!
Also, with the nice weather back ,I look forward to the Farmer's Market & enjoying...
the near by parks & nearby lakes.

This is a small community that is comfortable & with easy access to housing & outdoor trails, parks ect. There is a Farmer's Market in the summer that's well supplied.

The leasing office staff are great. My move in was quick and efficient. Roger was very helpful. I do wish there was more written information about spencer 68 in terms of rules/guidelines/amenity hours. That seems to be a bit scattered/loose. There were some slip ups with being assigned the wrong parking space twice & not being informed about being provided the trash can for the trash valet. That could have been easily communicated.
