I have been residing here for over 18 months now, and I must say that I am quite pleased with the maintenance service. It is exceptionally fast and well-appreciated. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the leasing office. As my lease was approaching its end on July 31st, I had not received any renewal offers. Despite reminding them on at least four occasions throughout the entire month of July, I did not receive any response regarding the renewal. All I received were vague assurances... that they were "working on it."

During the negotiation process, I expressed my interest in moving to another apartment within the same building. However, they failed to inform me that I needed to submit a deposit for the new apartment until someone else had already applied for it. This lack of communication was quite frustrating and unexpected.

I am incredibly grateful to be living here. Lot of great amenities. Complimentary commercial grade coffee machine, nice gym, and best of all, free cookies. The apartment that I live in, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, feels very spacious. The living room is enormous. The included appliances (i.e. fridge, oven, microwave, washer/dryer) are all brand new and function very well. The hard-wood floors round out the apartment's list of luxuries and make the living space feel that much more premium.

The leasing... office has been a pleasure to work with. Any questions or concerns that I have had have been immediately addresed in a timely and adequate manner. Moreover, the maintenance staff has been equally prompt and reliable

Price wise, Issaquah is an expensive place to live unfortunately. However, for the price of rent, Atlas definitely presents the best value in the area. You will be very hard pressed to find an apartment complex with a similar set of high-end features in the area for the same cost. Trust me. I toured almost 20 apartments complexes in the area before finally picking Atlas. I have never regretted my decision.
