I love our apartment! We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath and it is huge! Feels like living in a house. The community is great too, we have made several new friends. They finally got a great maintenance guy so thank goodness for that! :)

2 bdrm / 2 bath is roomy enough and costs $1000/mo.. Hot tub never works. Outdoor pool is nice but the bathroom is never cleaned and filthy. Some cosmetic issues with the apartment upon move in, ie damaged front door & bathroom sink. Maintenance sometimes forgets to show up. Location is nice. Near shopping, medical and restaurants.

The hot tub was re-vamped and was closed during that time. The bathrooms are cleaned weekly by a cleaning company.
