I can't wait to leave

The "management" is inconsistent, the pool is rarely open during summer and "management" always has some excuse as to why, the property is constantly covered in garbage and abandoned vehicles, the fountains in the ponds haven't worked in years, the bridges are wobbly and unstable, and the walls are all full of mold and it comes back no matter how many times you clean it up, I wouldn't tell anyone to move here

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Unfortunately, the pool closure last summer was due to circumstances beyond our control as we waited on city approval for necessary repairs. The good news is that the repairs were approved and will be completed... this year! We are waiting to hear back regarding the opening date, but our team will keep you informed as we learn more. We are also actively working to revitalize The Lakes and make sure all amenities are fully operational. If you have any maintenance issues or concerns with your home, we encourage you to submit a service request. We have a new team onsite, and our team is committed to addressing your concerns promptly and ensuring your home is comfortable. Thank you for your patience!

currently, my tenant across from me has a dog, the tenant below me has a dog and it appears more tenants have dogs. There is barking going day and night and it is really a nuisance.
