Response to maintenance requests is unacceptable. I have waited weeks to have critical issues (mailbox access, laundry, lighting, etc) resolved

Grounds are not well maintained. While there are some nice amenities, many have fallen into disrepair. This complex struggles to keep up with garbage and it dumpsters are frequently overflowing.

Rent costs increase quickly after each renewal.

Questionable “repair and cleaning” charges when I moved out.

Parking availability is a perennial issue.... Expect to walk across the complex (or off-site) if you arrive at night.

On the other hand, it is pet-friendly and the area is relatively nice and safe for Everett. Silver Lake and parks are walking distance. Read More

I have had maintenance issues unresolved for over 6 months including: washing machine, electrical, leaks above my apartment, mold from leaks as well. The fire alarm system hasn't worked since I moved in and they bring someone out to silence the fault every couple weeks, they even installed a new system but, this caused even more electrical issues. They have gone through 10 "maintenance managers" since I've been here, and constantly use that as an excuse for delayed work, as well as Covid, and... even recently said that "they had a glitch in the system and work orders for 2 months were lost" Read More

Hi, as a member of this apartment complex for over 2yrs now I would like to acknowledge how wonderful, helpful and awesome this team is! From assisting me with neighborly issues to asking me how I was doing after recent surgery and even being checked upon while emptying my garbage! Every interaction with Kimberly, Marge and 'the NEW Heather' has been pleasant, helpful and very efficient on all levels. I would be doing my friends a disservice by not recommending my apartment complex as 'the... place to wanna be and live'! Thank you for making life easier with all the juggling you all do!

I moved into this complex when it was under previous management. During my first few months I encountered challenges from being pay able to submit my payment, parking issues, the cleanliness of the apartment I received, and then having to take care of those issues myself.
However, when the new management came in I started experiencing a much different scenario. I went from looking at where else I could move to moving into a larger unit. In a nutshell these property managers are all about money, period.

Besides all of the daily frustrations with this property it took legal action and three months to get my deposit refund back. Even at that they waited until the last possible minute to let go of the funds.

Lies from management flat out, neighbors...some great but the few that were completely worthless cancelled out any good made this one of the worse places to live I know of.
