Lived here just shy of a year although the interior of the units are nice, the grounds are a nightmare. Limited parking due to people parking their cars and not moving them (I've reported this, but all they did was put a warning sticker on their cars and nothing more) in response to this they just move spots. This forces people to park on the street and with the apartment being next to a homeless camp, these vehicles get broken into. Tenants refuse to clean up after their pets and forces the... maintenance staff to clean up after them. Even though it's against the lease agreement people use their balconies as storage causing a horrible eye sore. Every weekend the trash compactor overflows and crows like to pick at the garbage bags, resulting in litter being everywhere. If there are no spots then some people park behind other peoples cars (this has caused me to be late for work multiple times) and unless it's a spot that you pay for, you must first contact the leasing office to have the vehicle towed (if this occurs on the weekend when they're closed then good luck). I plan on moving out next month I'm just hoping there will be available space for a uhaul, which seems unlikely at this time. The only redeeming quality is the nice appliances, and nice office staff. I have absolutely loved living here only downside is the parking sucks and there are no available spaces to pay for. I wish they would tow more around here but other than that the apartment is beautiful.

The staff are efficient and kind, the apartment home is well-equipped and well-maintained on grounds with beautiful trees everywhere. The location is perfect for all shopping trips. I love this place!

This is an absolutely horrible complex, do not rent here. It is like living in an asylum, the guys upstairs decided to take their showers in the middle of their bathroom flooding mine. The maintenance department only vacuumed up the water, but wouldn't do anything about the mold. They kept the $700 worth of deposits and sent me to collections for another $600 when I thoroughly cleaned the apartment when I left. They refuse to send me a detailed bill as to what the charges are, but call... multiple times a day threading me if i don't pay immediately. The day we moved in, the apartment told us that it was a safe complex and not two hours after we signed the lease and we're moving in a car parked next to ours was broken in in broad daylight. The 3 bedrooms are centrally located but two stars for few reasons. First of all managers do not take care of complaints that have a nice decency of living where 3 bedrooms are located. Daily noise of indecent language, marijuana, and loud music. They do nit enforce policies if how many people can live in a unit so it becomes disrespectdul to the rest of community that seems unfair for the price you pay. It is a nice propeety juat a shame that policies are not enforced. Which degrades the asking... price for a 3 bedroom. So if you have an issue management is very nice but will ignore policy and procesures. Their is as well lots of lose pets not on leashes and cigarette butts littered on property.
