Avana star lake has really poor management & communication. They are rude & do not care about residents at all. The pools will also never be open so don’t count on using them ever.

This is a very nice apartment, safe and clean, I love it here, one of the thing I don’t like is my apartment not having washer and dryer, it’s very stressful to go out every Sunday to do laundry, I wish to move to another apartment here in Avana with washer and drying bcos my husband said some of the apartment has washer and dryer, I have been to the gym and I must say it’s beautiful, I love it! I’m working no so I don’t have time to go into the gym like before, I love it here

Building and Property Management: Trained and Respectful Management: Look for management that is responsible, free from criminal backgrounds or active addictions, respects privacy laws, and doesn't intimidate residents. They should maintain well-kept grounds and apply policies fairly to all tenants. Prompt Repairs: A good apartment will have prompt repairs and a regular fumigation schedule. Cleanliness and Upkeep: The apartment should be properly turned over between tenants, with cleaned... carpets, repainted walls, and updated appliances. The overall building should look secure and well-maintained.
