I am a resident at the Waterfront Apartments in Everett and I highly, highly recommend taking a tour here! This is not your average apartment living situation……Rather it is more of an exclusive, luxurious experience, which has something to offer for everyone! I just signed my 3rd lease and as a homeowner of many years, I did not anticipate this level of rental satisfaction! There is something here for everyones taste…literally and figuratively!
I love to stroll out my backdoor and choose from... a variety of options- from restaurants, sweet treats, waterfront fun and activities ( it makes it simple to entertain on a whim). The restaurants, activities and options continue to expand…from Jetty Island, a passenger ferry to Whidby Island, movies on the waterfront, free concerts, with yummy food trucks, and ALWAYS something super special for the holidays (boat parades, live reindeer ect).
I super appreciate that the apartments go above and beyond with special little details that make us residents feel appreciated and taken care of. They put out fresh fruit and treats every Friday, they always are looking for an opportunity to bless us with a good old party……when I first moved in they did a ridiculously fun themed white party on the rooftop with amazing food-seafood on ice, appetizers, desserts, wine bar and a small band. They just seem to keep topping themselves. The staff defiantly goes the extra mile. I adore the office staff, they are so friendly and very accommodating ! A definite shout out to - Ellen, Liane, Jamie and Teo. They really give a family vibe, coupled with professional care. And speaking of staff…I SO appreciate our maintenance guys -Tony and Javier….they are incredible with their quick and efficient response and I can trust them in my apartment to do an honest and efficient job…..(Javier even helped me when I first moved in with my bike, which was not part of his job)-That seems to be how all the staff here rolls! I also love our cleaning ladies- Yulonda and Letty…they work so hard and always have a smile on their face. I often forget that I am not the only one living here—(due to the quiet halls and insulated walls/high ceilings)…and I have been known to accidentally scare Yulonda when I come out of the elevator or hall and we both just giggle.lOVE LOVE the staff and people here!

I have been a resident of Waterfront Place Apartments in Everett, WA for nearly four years. Until September of last year, the property was generally well maintained and safe. Following a change in management, the conditions of the building have deteriorated significantly and continue to pose serious safety, security, and health concerns.
The building is not properly secured, a fact that management has been made aware of on numerous occasions. There is a known and ongoing squatter issue inside... the building, which management has failed to resolve despite repeated complaints from tenants. As a direct result, there have been frequent break-ins, and law enforcement is regularly called to the property.
Residents consistently encounter drug paraphernalia in common areas, including restrooms. Stairwells are often damaged, unsecured, and unsanitary, with broken doors that allow unrestricted access to non-residents. These areas are frequently trashed, and there have been instances of dried blood on door handles, creating a clear health and biohazard risk.
This property is marketed and priced as a luxury apartment community, yet the current living conditions fall far below reasonable standards of habitability and safety. Despite paying premium rent, residents are subjected to an environment that management has knowingly allowed to remain unsafe.
Management’s pattern of behavior suggests a lack of responsiveness unless related to rent collection or lease renewal, while ongoing safety concerns are largely ignored. The lack of corrective action after repeated notifications raises serious concerns regarding negligence and failure to maintain secure premises.
Despite being ignored by management, residents have made consistent efforts to report these issues and support one another as a community. The continued inaction is unacceptable and places tenants at ongoing risk.
Prospective renters should be fully aware of these conditions, and current residents deserve immediate intervention. Meaningful action is urgently required to restore safety, security, and compliance with basic standards of care. Read More
