I need a place to rent and the recent reviews are not great and the rent seems to have gone up substantially for a 3 bedroom.

We had our package stolen from right outside the door and it was an expensive item. We told the apartment complex they said there is nothing they can do about it. They said that there was a security guard at night walking around honestly have never seen him also very unsafe if you’re a female renting an apartment on your own, there is a homeless guy right outside my apartment by the stairs and call the apartment to let them know and all they had to say about it is let me see if maintenance is... here, but I think they’re gone for the day. This place isn't worth it, yah the price might look okay but after you pay the 1000 fees' they don't tell you about, its not. Not to add the crime, mold, trash, rats and more issues I don't even want to waste my breath getting into. Save yourself the hassle. The staff is nice at first but incompetent at fixing any real issues and rude after your sign.
