Wow
New management took over. They let go of the two employees that were actually good at their jobs Jill and Matt but kept the employees that don’t know what they’re even doing. Great! Place is absolutely horrible

This place is not managed to that people in the leasing office are very unprofessional.
There's not enough dumpsters here even though they ordered 1 extra 1 there's always an overflow of garbage we've been battling bed bugs yes we've been battling lice we've been battling rats black mold and drug addicts.
The leasing office said they've kicked out 22 tenants that's where either doing drugs or selling drugs and you know making living conditions harder for everybody else.
Don't walk through... the grass here because there's tons of dog poop and they don't maintain the lawn as in getting it treated so everybody's dogs have fleas so the buildings are full of fleas.
My frigerator freezes all the food. I only have one working burner on my stove. Only one of my baseboard heaters work. My toilet only flushes half the time.

Stay away this place is bug infested I was not evicted I promise you. They like to say people who leave negative reviews get evicted. It's not true. If you want to live in insects by all means move here. If you like drug dealers and broken needles out where your children can play with them by all means move here. If you like being charged more than the apartment is actually worth when you move out for frivolous causes by all means move here. If you like inhaling black mold and having respiratory... issues the entire time you live here by all means move here. My first 3 months living here I developed a very severe lung infection.

In reality this place is not even close to what you see in the pictures. It is a nightmare. Couple of months ago, a drug dealer died of his gunshot wounds in the parking lot, apparently due to a drug deal gone bad.
The “no pet policy” is not enforced at all, so many people keep dogs which is not a problem. The problem is that a lot of people have no respect for their neighbors and do not clean up after their dogs.
The garbage containers are always over flowing and birds pick on them hence... garbage all over the parking lot. The apartments are old and poorly marinated. All the appliances are old and break down easily which means you have to do without them for as long as the understaffed maintenance people get the chance to deal with your maintenance request. But the funny thing is that when you move out, they will send you a large bill for no reason at all.
The scary part is that there are many tenants with very questionable activities. Not all though, there are many good people that have no choice but to live here for many reasons (low rent, weak credit rating...). My recommendation to you: stay away.
