The previous water damage (flooding) to unit CC105 has created an unhealthy environment (air quality) in one of the 2 bedrooms including the attached bathroom. Our daughter has had chronic respiratory issues since moving into the apartment (2022). The property release me from my lease because they won't address the mold issue. They will continue renting the unit with the hazardous elements within the unit.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The issues you've mentioned are important, and we would like to clarify that we do not have an apartment numbered CC105. Additionally, all of our apartment numbers consist of a single... letter followed by numbers, and our building C only includes units ending in "04." Given these details, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding, and this feedback may have been intended for another Charter Club property.

Moving during Covid
I recently downsized from a large home to an water view much smaller apartment. The transition was difficult because I couldn’t actually go into the unit for measurements. With much help and patience from Bo, a leasing agent. He gave me as many details as possible while avoiding physical contact. I’m very happy with my choice and I am enjoying my new residence

Bad place to live!!! Don’t move here!!!!
They have a massive bug problem. They never fix anything when you put in a work order and they charge you for random stupid stuff just to get money. They charge too much for such a nasty ghetto place everyone thinks is nice because they are located on the lake. The staff members are rude and tell you they will take charges off and they wont. There renters insurance policy is outrageous because they are too get to too fix anything that’s why they want you to have an extremely high renters... insurance policy to cover their asses. They way too much for such a dumpy place. Plus your car willl get broken into because there is no extra parking for visitors because all the tenants park there extra cars in the visitor spots.
