New resident. Application process was smooth, and move in was smooth. The apartment is very clean, and all of the appliances look good. Seems to be a decent amount of parking available.

I really enjoy living here and appreciate all the updates and renovations that are being done. The only issue I’ve noticed is an ongoing problem with ants and spiders. Despite my efforts—using sprays and even fumigation—they continue to appear, and a visible line of ants can often be seen coming from outside into the house. I believe a thorough pressure wash of the exterior could be very helpful. As someone who is very clean, it’s frustrating and a bit unsettling to deal with these pests,... especially since I take care to keep my home tidy.

Everyone in that office was completely helpful, worked with me and my roommates hectic schedule, were able to have move in almost seamlessly
