I really enjoy living here and appreciate all the updates and renovations that are being done. The only issue I’ve noticed is an ongoing problem with ants and spiders. Despite my efforts—using sprays and even fumigation—they continue to appear, and a visible line of ants can often be seen coming from outside into the house. I believe a thorough pressure wash of the exterior could be very helpful. As someone who is very clean, it’s frustrating and a bit unsettling to deal with these pests,... especially since I take care to keep my home tidy.
