Alister parx is a very friendly quiet community. I have enjoyed 5 great years here , very k8nd professional people to work with. Maintenance is prompt and fixes the issue or gives a detailed reason why can't be fixed in the moment. Great sized rooms and open concept kitchen makes the apartment warm and inviting.

I love the area not only apartment itself, there are many easy and close places to where I can go for instance, stores, gym, department shops and transportation like freeway.

Maintenance is quick to respond, fixes all issues when they arise and is there for true emergent calls asap! Only downfall is the neighborhood and homeless people walking behind apartments which causes a theft issue if you leave things out like bikes not locked up etc.
