Pros: well maintained grounds, community feels safe
Cons: HIGH fees, walls are very thin and can hear everything, serious lack of parking, people do not pick up after dogs

Anytime I need assistance with anything the office staff is always friendly and helpful. If I have a maintenance request they communicate and respond quickly
