Wonderful place to live- very helpful staff, clean and modern building, and the location in Redmond is excellent. The building's amenities are also excellent, especially the gym, community gathering rooms and roof terrace.

Nice apartments. Parking seems expensive though, otherwise no complains. Big, nice, clean gym with lots of windows. The rooftop is gorgeous. I especially love those little plants on top.
