Nice apartments. Parking seems expensive though, otherwise no complains. Big, nice, clean gym with lots of windows. The rooftop is gorgeous. I especially love those little plants on top.

I’ve lived at Modera River Trail for over 18 months, and it’s been a really positive experience. The location is fantastic—right in downtown Redmond, close to groceries, restaurants, and the river trail. The apartments here are modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities (gym, mini theater, rooftop and lounge) make it feel like a true community. I have never had any maintenance issues. I also want to call out the leasing staff, especially Blythe—she’s been incredibly helpful,... welcoming, and attentive anytime I’ve had questions or needed support.

Modera River Trail has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and has been so quick at responding to any questions or concerns. The buildings amenities are nice and I love being walking distance to so much.

I really enjoy living in this community. The staff are wonderful and the location is very convenient. The rooftop deck is large and I often go up there to enjoy the good weather.
