Today I turned with a really nice lady name Kennedy. The Apartment was just a tad too small, but she gave me a great idea on how to utilize my bedroom space. So I guess this is my new home.... Great Amenities and perfect location.

In the evening, it is impossible to park near the house. This is a big problem when you come from the store and cannot unload purchases at a time. In the evening, you can't leave, because then there is nowhere to park. I came to the office several times and asked to be put in line for a parking space, but each time I was told that I was not in the queue. 1) No parking spots EVER available, especially after 6:30pm. Carports $125 & garages $250/monthly. hated going anywhere after work for fear I wouldn't have parking 2) Apts are definitely for tall people, i.e. tall cabinets, tall showerhead. Electric stove have a tiny red dot as a light indicator to show there's a burner left on. But guess what, if you're short, you cannot see the light from your short angle (im 5ft) . I had a burner on very low, so low, that the burner itself wasn't even red. I... put a spatula on it accidentally, barely touching it, spatula melted a little bit & when i tried to pull it off, it made a crack in the glass. Neighbors across also broke theirs worse than mine. 3) water pressure is great, however hot water lasts 12 min max for 1 person. If you're female w/ long hair, you wont have enough time to shampoo, condition, shave your legs at once unless you dont mind cold water in winter. 3) 2nd & 3rd floors also have wood floors, so you
hear every footstep. They say they don't allow certain breeds of dogs, but my upstairs neighbor had an untrained Belgian Malinoi who ran back & forth all across the apt playing w/ his ball he would roll around.
