The units are small, perfect for 1 probably not great for 2. The property is usually quiet.
The amenities listed here are usually closed and not available.
The office is usually closed, staff is not there. I've found 6 different phone numbers on various websites like this, Google, their own site and their rent payment portal, and none of them work.
I paid 172$ for trash pick up. Thats insane.

The updated apartment homes are very chic and modern. The wood-burning fireplace is so warm and cozy that the new ownership and management cares about the property itself.

The rent on a one bedroom apartment is actually $990.00. I have lived here almost 8 years. We have had 2 owners, and 5 property management companies. None of them seem to put tenants needs, or concerns as a priority. STAY AWAY!!!
