Applicants may be denied based on certain criminal convictions, including recent drug-related manufacturing or distribution offenses, or convictions requiring registration as a sex offender, when the conviction presents a demonstrable risk to the safety of residents or property. Any decision will be based on the nature and severity of the offense, the time elapsed, and evidence of rehabilitation Applicant acknowledges that a consumer report and tenant screening report may be obtained in connection with this application.
