Not a good place to live
Thquality if the apartments are poor. Bad management. And bad staff. Only rent here if you have no where else to rent.

Park View Apartments
This Apartment Complex is very nice in that the Manager and Tenants are very friendly and pleasant. It is quiet and as long as I have been here, there have been ZERO incidents involving law enforcement.
The Apartment I am in only gets an "Average" Rating because, (even though it gets quite hot here during the Summer), the units do not have Air Conditioning nor am I permitted to have a Window Air Conditioning Unit.
Also, albeit true there is not a problem with noisy neighbors, sounds do carry and... penetrate the walls. Plus, there are Railroad Tracks nearby and their Horns/Whistles are LOUD! (And there are A LOT of Trains).
All in all...it is a nice place.
