Parkview Apartments is a project-based Section 8 property serving the individuals who have incomes at or below 50% of the area’s median income. If income-qualified, the monthly rent will be approximately 30% of your gross income. The required security deposit will be equal to one month's rent. Monthly rent includes all utilities. The apartments come with a range & refrigerator. The initial lease term is 12 months. Per HUD regulations, two-bedroom units may only be rented to households of 2 or more.
