1 year stay
Recommend living here if you’re single or in the military since you’re a short walk away from the shipyard you can get to work fast and not have to drive. If you have a car and are bringing roommates I recommend just saving more money to live somewhere else with more space and safety. Also there’s pictures of the “private patios” expect a small patio maybe two steps big with the entire street looking at you. The lounge was locked the entire year I was there and the rooftop always has homeless... people sleeping by the couches
PROS
- fast ferry close by you can easily make it to downtown Seattle in 30 minutes
- newer facility everything is modern and clean
- good for single people/military
- maintenance was responsive to all my requests
- lots of events to attend because you’re downtown
- handful of restaurants to grab a bite to within walking distance
- awesome views of the Olympics from the rooftop
CONS
- management has blown me off about my security deposit being returned. I’m going 2 months since I’ve moved out and can’t get a call back or an email back about it, very unprofessional
- very noisy from the street lots of motorcycles and trucks passing by all day and night from the ferry
- limited parking, if you own a car expect to find somewhere else to park away from the apartment. Waitlist can be long for a parking spot took me more than 4 months before I landed a spot. Its a small alley way too so think about that if you have a big suv/or a pickup truck you might wake up and find your bumper scratched
- lots of thefts, Amazon packages are stolen within hours of delivery. Had two bikes stolen from the locked parking rack, had attempted break in to my car
- it’s downtown but keep in mind there’s nothing walking distance in terms for groceries and supplies
- lots of homeless wandering the property
- studios are really small to be expected, tour it first before you apply for the lease. Can’t comfortably fit any pets or more than 1 person
- no property security, there’s a gate there at the front of the complex but it serves no purpose at all since the the property can be easily accessed from 3 other entry ways from the public
