So far Ambrose has been a disappointing place to live. On the outside it is a beautiful new build but when it comes to the day to day an interaction with the staff it is subpar. I have lived here since June 2021 so far, my car has been egged, my license plate has been stolen, a motorized vehicle was stolen right off a locked bike rack. The staff doesn't return voicemails and doesn't have any resolution for the continue vandalism and security threats. There is absolutely no parking, they ticket... and tow vehicles weekly. They did not account for the number of potential cars per unit when allocating spots. In front on my building which has 24 units there is only 10 available spots. Do the math there, you have to pay to have a guaranteed spot and they have allowed single units to purchase 3+ garages and covered units. You cannot leave your unit after 5 pm or you will come home and have no where to park your car.
I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you never want to leave and you don't mind risking your vehicle being vandalized.

Nicest apartments in Bremerton, WA!!!!!
